Kaitlyn Lo graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. As an undergraduate, Ms. Lo spent a semester in Madrid, Spain studying the language and culture. In 2009 she interned for the Massachusetts State Senate in Boston, MA. As the child of a Cuban and a Laotian immigrant she has a personal interest in serving the immigration community.
